1. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from cancellation approval.
  • Processing timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
  • In case of UPI/wallets/cards, the same payment source will be used.
  • Transaction charges (usually 2–3%) by payment gateways are non-refundable.

2. Booking Transfer

  • Bookings are non-transferable to other individuals without prior written approval from management.
  • Name changes must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in.

3. Cancellation by BioVilla

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues, double booking, government restrictions). In such cases:

  • You will receive a 100% refund, or
  • You may opt to reschedule without any additional charge.

We will not be liable for any other costs incurred (e.g., travel, third-party bookings).
