BioVilla Yelagiri (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides villa accommodation, resort services, and related hospitality offerings in Yelagiri Hills, Tamil Nadu, India.

3. Booking Policy

  • Reservation Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and confirmation email.

  • Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in is 12:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM (subject to change).

  • Identification: Guests must present valid government-issued ID at check-in.

  • Guest Limits: Number of guests must match the booking; extra guests may be charged or refused entry.

  • Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.

4. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment (typically 50–100%) may be required at the time of booking.

  • Modes of Payment: UPI, net banking, credit/debit card, or payment gateways as supported.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made via email. Refunds are subject to cancellation timelines:

    • 7+ days before check-in: Full refund

    • 3–6 days before: 50% refund

    • Less than 3 days: No refund

  • Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Use of Property

  • Behavior: Guests must behave responsibly and avoid loud noise, public nuisance, or property damage.

  • Prohibited Items: Illegal substances, fireworks, weapons, or hazardous items are not allowed.

  • Pets: Only allowed if explicitly permitted in the booking description.

  • Damages: Guests will be liable for any property damage during their stay.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Loss or theft of personal belongings.

    • Natural events, wildlife encounters, or force majeure conditions.

    • Injuries due to negligence or violation of safety guidelines.

  • Use of the swimming pool, campfire area, or indoor games is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, images, videos, logos) is the intellectual property of BioVilla Yelagiri or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or reuse is strictly prohibited.
